The Schechtel-Davies residence is a "pod-style" design that has 3 seperate buildings comprising the main house and kitchen, the bedroom, and the garage/guest studio. A shutter system locks the house down for security while the owners are away; opening the shutters will expose the numerous hand carved Balinese doors that surround each structure.
